Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art, which included the work Still life with roses and raspberries on a ledge by François Joseph Huygens. The price achieved of GBP 1,024.00 (€ 1,186.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by François Joseph Huygens have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Roses, Tulips And Other Flowers In A Vase With Plums And A Bird'S Nest On A Wooden Ledge in December 2003 with an auction result of USD 9,560.00 (€ 7,589.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still life with roses and raspberries on a ledge von François Joseph Huygens zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.024,00 (€ 1.186,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François Joseph Huygens auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Roses, Tulips And Other Flowers In A Vase With Plums And A Bird'S Nest On A Wooden Ledge im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.560,00 (€ 7.589,11).
