Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2015 Sothebys in Paris held the auction En association avec Artcurial, which included the work Le Débuché Du Cerf by Alexandre-François Desportes. It changed hands for a price of EUR 147,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 120,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandre-François Desportes - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Chien Devant Un Trophée De Chasse, which sold at auction in March 2015 for EUR 339,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2015 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion En association avec Artcurial durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Débuché Du Cerf von Alexandre-François Desportes zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 147.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 120.000,00 – 150.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexandre-François Desportes mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Chien Devant Un Trophée De Chasse beobachtet, die im März 2015 für EUR 339.000,00 versteigert wurde.
