This artwork by François Boisrond achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in April this year. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans titre - 1987 sold for EUR 4,986.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by François Boisrond - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Allée Ombreuse, which sold at auction in March last year for EUR 15,120.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 99 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von François Boisrond erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans titre - 1987 für EUR 4.986,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von François Boisrond mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Allée Ombreuse beobachtet, die im März letzten Jahres für EUR 15.120,00 versteigert wurde.
