Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Concert Champêtre by François Boisrond was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,125.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by François Boisrond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allée Ombreuse in March last year with an auction result of EUR 15,120.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Le Concert Champêtre von François Boisrond kam im März 2019 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.125,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François Boisrond auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allée Ombreuse im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.120,00.
