Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Mort D'Actéon by François Boisrond was sold in the Collection Marianne et Pierre Nahon, l’art c’est la vie Online auction at Sothebys in Paris in March 2019. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by François Boisrond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allée Ombreuse in March last year with an auction result of EUR 15,120.00.

Die Arbeit La Mort D'Actéon von François Boisrond wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Collection Marianne et Pierre Nahon, l’art c’est la vie Online bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François Boisrond auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allée Ombreuse im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.120,00.
