The work Diane Chasseresse by François Boisrond was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March 2019. The auction ended at the price of EUR 3,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by François Boisrond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allée Ombreuse in March last year with an auction result of EUR 15,120.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Diane Chasseresse von François Boisrond kam im März 2019 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von François Boisrond auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allée Ombreuse im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.120,00.
