This artwork by Franco Rognoni achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2014. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Storie di città sold for EUR 1,700.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 720.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franco Rognoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Di notte, which sold at auction in November 2000 for ITL 5,640,000.00 (€ 5,189.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Franco Rognoni erzielte im Dezember 2014 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Storie di città für EUR 1.700,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 720,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Franco Rognoni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Di notte beobachtet, die im November 2000 für ITL 5.640.000,00 (€ 5.189,79) versteigert wurde.
