Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2013 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects, which included the work Centauro e ninfa by Franco Rognoni. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 160.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 180.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franco Rognoni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Di notte in November 2000 with an auction result of ITL 5,640,000.00 (€ 5,189.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects durch, in der auch die Arbeit Centauro e ninfa von Franco Rognoni zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 160,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 180,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franco Rognoni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Di notte im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 5.640.000,00 (€ 5.189,79).
