In December 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Cuneo by Franco Angeli. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,200.00 47% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franco Angeli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fiore Partigiano (Partisan Flower) in October 2017 with an auction result of GBP 181,250.00 (€ 206,660.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 47 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cuneo von Franco Angeli zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.200,00 und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franco Angeli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fiore Partigiano (Partisan Flower) im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 181.250,00 (€ 206.660,48).
