Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online, which included the work Six Artefacts From The Series Game Of Gestures, Kombinatorika And Structures by Francisco Infante. The price achieved of GBP 5,292.00 (€ 5,876.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francisco Infante achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Design For A Spiral 2 in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 91,077.98).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Six Artefacts From The Series Game Of Gestures, Kombinatorika And Structures von Francisco Infante zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.292,00 (€ 5.876,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francisco Infante erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Design For A Spiral 2 im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 72.500,00 (€ 91.077,98).
