A top price for Francisco Infante - as previously expected
The work Design For A Spiral 2 by Francisco Infante was sold in the Russian Contemporary Sale auction at Sothebys in London in March 2008. The price achieved of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 91,077.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Design For A Spiral 2 is the most expensive artwork by Francisco Infante that we have observed at auctions so far.
