Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Five Artefacts From The Series Land Art And Scottish Studies by Francisco Infante was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,197.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francisco Infante achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Design For A Spiral 2 in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 91,077.98).

Die Arbeit Five Artefacts From The Series Land Art And Scottish Studies von Francisco Infante kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.780,00 (€ 4.197,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francisco Infante erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Design For A Spiral 2 im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 72.500,00 (€ 91.077,98).
