Admittedly, works by Francis Swaine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An English Squadron In St Aubin'S Bay, Jersey in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,742.81).
