It achieved a price of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,844.62), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Zerilli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bick von der Villa Belmonte auf Palermo in May 2013 with an auction result of EUR 32,250.00.

Die Arbeit Palermo seen from the North-West von Francesco Zerilli kam im November 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.844,62) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Zerilli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bick von der Villa Belmonte auf Palermo im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.250,00.
