In December 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Ritratto Di Popolana In Costume by Francesco Vinea. The result of EUR 4,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Vinea achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italianitalian Dance Party in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 72,182.01).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ritratto Di Popolana In Costume von Francesco Vinea zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 4.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Vinea erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italianitalian Dance Party im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 72.182,01).
