Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Francesco Vinea could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th Century European Pictures including Russian Pictures auction, the work A Jolly Proposal changed hands for GBP 840.00 (€ 1,203.57) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Vinea achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italianitalian Dance Party in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 72,182.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Francesco Vinea konnte im März 2006 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th Century European Pictures including Russian Pictures wechselte die Arbeit A Jolly Proposal für GBP 840,00 (€ 1.203,57) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Vinea erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italianitalian Dance Party im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 72.182,01).
