Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Little Model by Francesco Beda was sold in the 19th Century European Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May last year. The price achieved of USD 20,160.00 (€ 18,786.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francesco Beda - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The diplomatic game, which sold at auction in April 2006 for EUR 54,000.00.

Die Arbeit The Little Model von Francesco Beda wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion 19th Century European Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
