Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Day Sale, which included the work The Holy Family In A Landscape by Francesco Albani. The price achieved of GBP 118,750.00 (€ 133,635.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francesco Albani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Holy Family In A Landscape, which sold at auction in December 2016 for GBP 236,750.00 (€ 276,799.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Holy Family In A Landscape von Francesco Albani zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 118.750,00 (€ 133.635,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Francesco Albani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Holy Family In A Landscape beobachtet, die im Dezember 2016 für GBP 236.750,00 (€ 276.799,16) versteigert wurde.
