Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Floyd B. Evans could be acquired at Christies in New York in August 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The House Sale auction, the work Landscapes changed hands for USD 300.00 (€ 234.50) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 700.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Floyd B. Evans - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscapes, which sold at auction in August 2005 for USD 600.00 (€ 486.62).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Floyd B. Evans konnte im August 2006 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The House Sale wechselte die Arbeit Landscapes für USD 300,00 (€ 234,50) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 500,00 – 700,00.
