Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figures in a busy street by Floris Arntzenius was auctioned at Bonhams in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 10,200.00 (€ 11,604.47). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Floris Arntzenius achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work De Spuistraat met gezicht naar het Plein, The Hague in October 2000 with an auction result of NLG 421,272.00 (€ 202,196.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figures in a busy street von Floris Arntzenius kam im März diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 10.200,00 (€ 11.604,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Floris Arntzenius erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit De Spuistraat met gezicht naar het Plein, The Hague im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 421.272,00 (€ 202.196,66).
