The price achieved of GBP 5,292.00 (€ 6,312.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Florine Démosthène - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work ...But I Have To, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 27,720.00 (€ 24,559.23).
