Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2008 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Meal time by Filippo Palizzi. The price achieved of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 2,071.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filippo Palizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian noah'S Ark in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 298,000.00 (€ 331,998.43).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Meal time von Filippo Palizzi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 2.071,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filippo Palizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian noah'S Ark im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 298.000,00 (€ 331.998,43).
