Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Important Paintings of the XIX Century | Antique and XIX Century Furnishings | Antique Paintings | A Collection of Gouaches from Naples | Objects from H.E. Cardinal A. Scola's Collection auction, the work Landscapes with Peasants changed hands for EUR 2,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filippo Palizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian noah'S Ark in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 298,000.00 (€ 331,998.43).
