Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2017 Christies in London held the auction First Open, which included this untitled work by Feng Zhengjie. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,181.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Zhengjie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chinese Portrait Series, No.08 in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 2,887,500.00 (€ 237,966.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion First Open durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Feng Zhengjie zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.181,41) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Zhengjie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chinese Portrait Series, No.08 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.887.500,00 (€ 237.966,50).
