Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Paris Atelier du Monde, which included the work Bad Rothenfelde - 1928 by Felix Nussbaum. The price achieved of EUR 52,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Felix Nussbaum have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Stillleben Mit Schachteln (Still Life With Boxes) in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 197,000.00 (€ 271,633.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Paris Atelier du Monde durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bad Rothenfelde - 1928 von Felix Nussbaum zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 52.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felix Nussbaum auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Stillleben Mit Schachteln (Still Life With Boxes) im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 197.000,00 (€ 271.633,74).
