Auction result well in line with expectations
The work At The End of The Day by Félix-Saturnin Brissot de Warville was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2004. The price achieved of GBP 1,792.50 (€ 2,611.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Félix-Saturnin Brissot de Warville achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Chasse in November 2014 with an auction result of EUR 41,280.00.

Die Arbeit At The End of The Day von Félix-Saturnin Brissot de Warville kam im September 2004 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.792,50 (€ 2.611,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Félix-Saturnin Brissot de Warville erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Chasse im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 41.280,00.
