This artwork by Felice Giordano achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June last year. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Capri sold for EUR 1,800.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Felice Giordano have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Capri, notturno a Marina Piccola in November 2002 with an auction result of EUR 8,680.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Felice Giordano erzielte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wurde die Arbeit Capri für EUR 1.800,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Giordano auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Capri, notturno a Marina Piccola im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.680,00.
