Sold at the lower estimate price
In November last year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Felice Carena. The result of EUR 1,200.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felice Carena achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La cena di Emmaus in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 26,000.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Felice Carena zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.200,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felice Carena erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La cena di Emmaus im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.000,00.
