Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
The work Figures by Fei Yigeng was worth HKD 23,600.00 (€ 2,727.72) to a buyer in May 2016. This price was achieved in the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas at China Guardian in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 5,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Fei Yigeng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Beauties in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 13,036.53).

Die Arbeit Figures von Fei Yigeng war einem Käufer im Mai 2016 HKD 23.600,00 (€ 2.727,72) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 5.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fei Yigeng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Beauties im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 13.036,53).
