Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work A Shepherd With His Flock In The Heathland by Fedor van Kregten for EUR 1,020.00. This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours at Sothebys in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,600.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fedor van Kregten - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A cow grazing in a meadow, which sold at auction in January 2001 for NLG 5,875.00 (€ 2,570.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Shepherd With His Flock In The Heathland von Fedor van Kregten für EUR 1.020,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours bei Sothebys in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Fedor van Kregten mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A cow grazing in a meadow beobachtet, die im Januar 2001 für NLG 5.875,00 (€ 2.570,79) versteigert wurde.
