This artwork by Federico Uribe achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in New York in February 2021. In the Modern, Contemporary & Latin American Art auction, the work Mujer, Centimental sold for USD 14,025.00 (€ 11,597.62) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Federico Uribe; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Makeup sold at auction in May 2018 with the realized price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 19,280.21).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Federico Uribe erzielte im Februar 2021 bei Bonhams in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern, Contemporary & Latin American Art wurde die Arbeit Mujer, Centimental für USD 14.025,00 (€ 11.597,62) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Federico Uribe; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Makeup im Mai 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 19.280,21).
