The price achieved of USD 30,000.00 (€ 24,568.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Federico Andreotti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The young suitor in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 90,000.00 (€ 133,555.47).
