In the Old Master & 19th Century European Art, Including Property from The Forbes Collection: The Panorama of Champigny auction, the work Betrothed changed hands for USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,491.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Federico Andreotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The young suitor in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 90,000.00 (€ 133,555.47).
