Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Fausto Pratella could be acquired at Il Ponte in October 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Mareggiata con barche di pescatori sullo sfondo changed hands for EUR 1,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fausto Pratella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Riflessi di Luna Tra Le Barche in June 2006 with an auction result of EUR 13,640.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fausto Pratella konnte im Oktober 2014 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Mareggiata con barche di pescatori sullo sfondo für EUR 1.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.300,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fausto Pratella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Riflessi di Luna Tra Le Barche im Juni 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.640,00.
