Upper estimate price exceeded by 52 %.
This work without title by Fausto Melotti was auctioned at Il Ponte in May this year. It achieved a price of EUR 38,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 52 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fausto Melotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Pioggia in October 2017 with an auction result of GBP 548,750.00 (€ 625,682.41).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Fausto Melotti kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 38.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fausto Melotti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Pioggia im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 548.750,00 (€ 625.682,41).
