This artwork by Fang Rending achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2015. In the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction, the work Flower And Rabbits sold for HKD 230,000.00 (€ 26,581.26) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fang Rending - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Going To A Market, which sold at auction in April 2018 for HKD 1,003,000.00 (€ 105,832.53).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Fang Rending erzielte im April 2015 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas wurde die Arbeit Flower And Rabbits für HKD 230.000,00 (€ 26.581,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Fang Rending mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Going To A Market beobachtet, die im April 2018 für HKD 1.003.000,00 (€ 105.832,53) versteigert wurde.
