Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Ewerdt Hilgemann for DKK 1,000.00 (€ 134.12). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ewerdt Hilgemann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Imploded Column in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 60,299.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ewerdt Hilgemann für DKK 1.000,00 (€ 134,12) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ewerdt Hilgemann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Imploded Column im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 60.299,08).
