In April 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Russian Art, which included the work A Russian Bronze: Voyevod (Boyarin Morozov) by Evgeni Alexandrovich Lanceray. The »bidding war« ended at USD 85,000.00 (€ 54,599.18), 42% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Evgeni Alexandrovich Lanceray - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Bronze Group Of The Warrior Svyatoslav, which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 91,250.00 (€ 115,343.06).

Im April 2008 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Russian Bronze: Voyevod (Boyarin Morozov) von Evgeni Alexandrovich Lanceray zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 85.000,00 (€ 54.599,18) und damit 42% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Evgeni Alexandrovich Lanceray mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Bronze Group Of The Warrior Svyatoslav beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für GBP 91.250,00 (€ 115.343,06) versteigert wurde.
