Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2016 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work La baigneuse by Eugène Emmanuel Amaury-Duval. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 8,155.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Eugène Emmanuel Amaury-Duval have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2003 the work Portrait En Buste De Valentine Delessert (1806-1894) was auctioned for EUR 8,225.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit La baigneuse von Eugène Emmanuel Amaury-Duval zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 8.155,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Eugène Emmanuel Amaury-Duval konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2003 die Arbeit Portrait En Buste De Valentine Delessert (1806-1894) für EUR 8.225,00 versteigert.
