Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2012 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction The Andersson Collection H042, which included the work Composition by Eugène de Sala. The price achieved of SEK 11,000.00 (€ 1,279.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugène de Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Notre dames des lesbes" in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 330,000.00 (€ 32,259.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2012 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion The Andersson Collection H042 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Eugène de Sala zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 11.000,00 (€ 1.279,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène de Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Notre dames des lesbes" im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 330.000,00 (€ 32.259,79).
