In December 2015 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Le visage de l'embuscade by Eugène de Kermadec. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,200.00 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugène de Kermadec achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Bras Couleur D'Aurore - 1939 in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 23,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le visage de l'embuscade von Eugène de Kermadec zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.200,00 und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène de Kermadec erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Bras Couleur D'Aurore - 1939 im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.400,00.
