In December 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Aboriginal Art, which included the work Near Jupiter Well In The Great Sandy Desert, W.A. by Eubena Nampitjin. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 35,000.00 (€ 31,174.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
