Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spirale by Ettore Colla was sold in the Post War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2008. The price achieved of EUR 50,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ettore Colla - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Concerto, which sold at auction in April 2013 for EUR 127,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spirale von Ettore Colla wurde im Mai 2008 in der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 50.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ettore Colla mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Concerto beobachtet, die im April 2013 für EUR 127.200,00 versteigert wurde.
