In the Post War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Nuit ouvrante sold for EUR 21,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Étienne Martin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le grand couple in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.
