Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2010 Bukowski in Helsinki held the auction Lilla Bukowskis S192, which included the work Blommor i vas by Esther Kjerner. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 10,500.00 (€ 1,077.48). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Esther Kjerner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still life with flowers, which sold at auction in December 2012 for SEK 23,000.00 (€ 2,679.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2010 führte Bukowski in Helsinki die Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S192 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blommor i vas von Esther Kjerner zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 10.500,00 (€ 1.077,48) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Esther Kjerner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still life with flowers beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für SEK 23.000,00 (€ 2.679,21) versteigert wurde.
