Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ernest Tino Trova could be acquired at Christies in London in February 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Falling Man changed hands for GBP 750.00 (€ 871.17) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Tino Trova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,270.61).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ernest Tino Trova konnte im Februar 2013 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wechselte die Arbeit Falling Man für GBP 750,00 (€ 871,17) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernest Tino Trova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 67.270,61).
