Upper estimate price exceeded by 33 %.
In July 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Interiors, which included the work Falling Man study by Ernest Tino Trova. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,011.59), 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Tino Trova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,270.61).
