The work Nu De Dos by Ernest Laurent was sold in the Modern Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in November 2009. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 383.00 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Laurent achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Georges Seurat in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 21,250.00 (€ 17,186.99).

Die Arbeit Nu De Dos von Ernest Laurent wurde im November 2009 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 383,00 und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernest Laurent erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Georges Seurat im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 17.186,99).
