Despite a disappointment, a good price for Erik Chambert
When the work "Chae-3" by Erik Chambert was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,107.81). Despite this disappointing result, "Chae-3" is the most expensive artwork by Erik Chambert that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Erik Chambert
Als die Arbeit "Chae-3" von Erik Chambert im November diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.107,81) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Chae-3" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Erik Chambert, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
