A top price for Eran Shakine - as previously expected
The work Goats: Two Works by Eran Shakine was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2013. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,535.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Goats: Two Works is the most expensive artwork by Eran Shakine that we have observed at auctions so far.
